We’re thrilled to announce that Way Ahead Care has once again been rated ‘Good’ in all areas by the CQC.

The Care Quality Commission’s latest report, published earlier this month, concluded that our service remains ‘Good’ for all five inspection areas: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.

This is a huge credit to our dedicated team, whether directly involved in caring for those we support, or providing support behind-the-scenes.

Here are some extracts from the report about our service:

“People felt comfortable and safe with the staff and said staff treated them with dignity and respect. Many people described staff as caring and friendly.”

“People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice.”
